Mr. Md. Mahbub Alam Talukder, Deputy Commissioner, Noakhali, present as the chief guest on the day-long training session of the National Web portal for all the unions including government offices in Noakhali district. Mr. Md. Abdur Rouf Mondal, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT), Noakhali, took the position of president of all the UDCs in Sadar, Begumganj and Sonaimuri upazilas, as the trainees.
